    • FOR HYGIENE REASONS UNDERWEAR, PANTIES & SOCKS CANNOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED.

    • NO CASH REFUNDS ARE ALLOWED.

    • Exchange is possible only within 15 days from the date of purchase at the same store for any outerwear / loungewear.

    • Exchange is possible provided the ORIGINAL BILL COPY along with the Credit Card slip (incase payments done by credit card) is retained & produced. The product bought for exchange should be in a saleable condition, with tags / MRP price intact with its packaging material as at the time of purchase.

    • We have taken utmost care to ensure only the best quality products reach you at all times. In a rare incidence of manufacturing defect in outer / loungewear, we shall exchange the same for you after receiving it at our store and analyzing the garment at our laboratory. The product with manufacturing defect shall be sent to our quality labs for checking and your concern shall be addressed in 15 working days time from the date of receipt of the product at the store.
